Disney said (via) the voice assistant will be accessible from the in-room Echo speaker. It can help visitors request amenities or even share a funny anecdote or two. The company is also bringing its new MagicBand+ wearable to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort sometime in 2022. This band can be used to enter the park or access some of the facilities without physical contact. First announced in September, the MagicBand+ is Disney’s way of promoting itself as a tech-friendly corporation....

According to The Verge report, Musk offered $46.5 billion to buy 100 percent of Twitter, and most of this amount will be provided through loans. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding offered two debt commitment letters and committed to bringing a series of loans worth $25.5 billion. Musk will also pay the remaining $21 billion through his personal wealth. Musk didn’t mention if he has any partners to share the cash burden with them in the filing....

The Galaxy A51 is picking up the new SMR (security maintenance release) with firmware version A515FXXS5EVA1. As of this writing, the update is available in Latin America. Users in pretty much all major countries in the region should now be able to download the new security patch over the air (OTA), including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Uruguay. The rollout should reach other regions, including the US, in the coming weeks....

Since the vanilla Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ sport an identical design and come in the same four colors, there’s no way to distinguish them in the leaked hands-on video.
